Co-Hosting

Co-hosting is when a person (the "cohost") helps another person (the "host") manage a rental property, often a vacation rental or short-term rental, like those listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. The cohost typically assists with tasks related to managing the property, communicating with guests, handling bookings, and maintaining the property.

Hosts and cohosts work together, but the cohost may take on some or all of the responsibilities for the host in exchange for a fee, which is usually a percentage of the rental income. This can be helpful for hosts who don’t have the time or resources to manage everything themselves.
