SweetPad Lanches a Rental Property Marketing Platform

We launched SweetPad early this year becuase we saw a gap in the rental real estate market. We have been landlords for over 20 years and have been in the short term rental market for 10. For our long term rentalls we have to go through the process of listing our property every year on a platform like Zillow, Craigslist or Airbnb. Once you find tenants your listing is deactivated and you go through the same process every year. Instead of going through this process every time a tenat moves out we wanted to create a platform where your property is always listed but your property status changes. By keeping your property published on our platform your property data will alwys be available for search engines and AI platforms to easily find your property and include your property in search results. We structered our platform and your property data to help drive traffic and generate leads for your property.

In addition to generating traffic to your property we also wanted to connect prospective tenats directly to property managers to start the converstion and handle all the transactions. When using platforms like Airbnb and VRBO tenants and property owners lose out on hundres of dollars due to fees. By removing the middleman teants and property managers save money and earn more every month by removing unnesecary fees.
